Team coaching

A team is a group of individuals who interplay to form a team. We have developed processes to support working with individuals to enable them to understand the strengths they bring to their team, and then to work with the team as a group to understand the team strengths and dynamics.

The approach outlined by Patrick Lencioni in his work The Five Dysfunctions of a Team is similar to that developed by ourselves, with the building of trust between team members the building block of a successful team.

We use materials such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to assist team coaching.
