Performance Management is a tool to assist managers to manage effective so that the people or teams they manage:
• Know and understand what is expected of them
• Have the skills and abilities to deliver to these expectations
• Are supported by the organization to develop the capacity to meet these expectations
• Are given feedback on their performance, and
• Have the opportunity to discuss and contribute to individual and team objectives.

Module 1 Coaching Conversations where participants

Module 6 Results Reviews the purpose of reviews is to promote individual growth and business success, leaders learn how to:
• Enable these conversations to be a collaborative process
• Hold others accountable for results whilst also being fully supportive of the individual
• Ensure that end of year appraisals are accurate, balanced and free of major surprises
• Minimise the stress and fear associated with these difficult conversations whilst maximising the value for everyone involved.
