Proteus can offer a full range of assessment services for clients.
Our consultants and associates are qualified to BPS Level A and B in psychometric testing and can provide a full range of assessment services.
Most assessment tools are available online and candidates can access discretely in their own time and receive telephone feedback at a time convenient to themselves. Several languages and a selection of norm groups are available for most tools.
Proteus consultants will review job descriptions, person specifications and competencies and provide a written assessment of the candidate to the interview panel with recommendations for areas to explore at interview.

SHL’s OPQ 32 – The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) is one of the most popular and widely used Occupational Personality Questionnaires; it is available in over 30 languages, with an unparalleled worldwide research base. It is a truly international tool
CPI – The CPI questionnaire is used to assess a range of personality characteristics including: relationships with people; thinking and problem-solving style; emotions, motivation and drives; team-working styles; leadership styles; and selling and influencing styles
16Pf – The 16PF questionnaire assesses an individual’s personality against 16 personality factors. This provides a valid and accurate predictor of future behaviour. It is available in English and many other languages
MRG role expectations and LEA self profiles – Interviewers or hiring managers complete a role expectations questionnaire which links the 22 leadership behaviours of the LEA to the specific job role. Candidates complete a LEA self analysis questionnaire and how they view themselves can be compared against expectations for the job role.
