All Proteus consultants have a solid founding expertise in HR. The majority of our consultants have achieved fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), have Masters degrees and have expertise in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) at Master Practitioner level. Our Consultants are qualified in Transactional Analysis (TA) and hold Level B psychometric licences from the British Psychological Society (BPS).
