ConocoPhillips
Proteus have worked on a number of projects for ConocoPhillips in the past few years. They are currently involved with delivering to a global ‘Engagement Excellence’ programme throughout Europe, the Middle East and laterly Moscow. They have partnered with Targeted Learning from the USA who have developed Performance Management and Career Management programmes that are being rolled out world wide. Other projects include: team development, and individual Coaching for Leadership and Cross Cultural purposes
Marathon Oil UK
Proteus have assisted Marathon Oil with the implementation of a mentoring scheme In the European Business unit. Using the Clutterbuck Associates material, a mentoring Scheme which is available to all, has been set up with an in-house scheme co-ordinator. Training has been given to Mentors and Mentee by Proteus and matching of pairs carried out by Marathon Oil. Evaluation of the scheme has been carried out by Marathon using Clutterbuck materials, an in house website developed and ongoing mentoring lunch and learn sessions to support the pairs. This successful scheme is now in its second year.
MCS
Proteus have worked with the leadership team of this this dynamic business as it grows internationally assisting in improving organisational effectiveness through leadership development. Initially identifying Strategic LeadershipBehaviours to deliver the future and assessing and Coaching the Executive Team to deliver this.
Aberdeen University
Proteus have designed and run leadership development training modules for both academics and Administration staff at the University of Aberdeen. Focusing upon developing a sustainable interest in Leadership amongst participants, the modules were delivered in three hour slots over a period of a few months using a selection of psychometrics to support and leaving participants with personal development plans and planned learning sets.
NHS in Scotland
Proteus have several clients across Scotland for one to one executive coaching , assisting participants develop their leadership skills to assist in improving delivery to the community. Processes used vary but usually include some diagnoses with psychometric tests, organisational input through sponsor meetings and personal development planning.
